Conco's Lab Flex System is constructed of 1-1/2" square, 16 gauge steel tubing. All exposed joints are electrically welded and ground smooth. The frame is primed with a corrosion resistant paint and finished with a final coat of black polyester paint, oven dried to a matte finish. Heavy duty casters are 4" diameter, swivel-locking for convenient transport (shipped loose). The top surface material is 1-1/4" black lab-grade laminate.
Storage cabinets are finished with Formica inside and out. Drawers are solid hardwood with dovetail joinery at all four corners and operate on a heavy duty ball bearing suspension system.
Worktop extensions (available on some cabinets) also operate on a mechanical system. Each drawer is provided with a drawer liner that is removable, cleanable and disposable.
Available from stock in nominal 4' and 6' lengths, the Lab Flex is designed for a heavy load capacity of 700 Lbs. These systems can be ordered as an entire assembly or rearranged to suit your specific needs by ordering frames and cabinets separately.
NOTE: To order Contempra Oak storage cabinets, change 98E-xxxx to 98N-xxxx. Cabinets and casters are shipped separately in cartons.
